• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

• You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exceptions
